Hi, I’m Sabrina de la Rosa, IBCLC, the founder of Nature’s Nectar Lactation Support. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a mother of four, and a passionate advocate for breastfeeding families in the Rio Grande Valley.
Breastfeeding is deeply personal. I breastfed all four of my children, and I understand that every mother’s journey is unique. I believe my role is not to pressure or judge, but to educate, support, and empower families with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions that honor both mother and baby. My approach is gentle, holistic, and rooted in respect for the incredible design of a woman’s body.
With a strong background in maternal-child health and years of experience supporting breastfeeding families throughout the Rio Grande Valley, I specialize in helping mothers navigate both common and complex breastfeeding challenges while offering encouragement every step of the way. I am honored to walk alongside families during this sacred season of life.
